「飯店位置很偏，除非開車，不然要搭公車到很郊區，而且還要走一段路才到得了。 飯店櫃檯人員很親切，英文也很流利，處理事情也很專業，但是房間真的不太好。 房間滿暗的，放行李的地方略小，壁燈上面還有蜘蛛網跟灰塵，地毯也有點黑黑舊舊的，但是浴室還不錯，很明亮、很新，但是淋浴設備壞了，沒辦法掛住蓮蓬頭，沐浴洗髮精倒是一應俱全。 最後，房間收不到Wifi，就算到了大廳滿格，也無法連上YouTube, Facebook 之類的網站，在房間內的訊號也很差，想用自己的手機網路也有困難，整體而言住得不是很舒適。」

「This was an amazing find! The room was spacious with a separate dressing area and huge bathroom and spotlessly clean. The staff of this family-run hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The fix-priced menu for dinner was excellent and inexpensive and breakfast was brilliant with scrambled eggs made to order and a wide selection of savoury and sweet items. Great value for money and definitely to be recommended. 」

「Location of the hotel is perfect. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast choices are plentiful. One window of the room only had a net curtain, slightly concerned but once I had found it had shutters outside, so leaning out and closing them every night made complete darkness. I can highly recommend this hotel for a stay, views are amazing. 」

This is the second time that I stay here: Last Summer they rented me a bike for free and I went all around Lake Iseo; this year they offered me a discounted ticket for the famous spa, which is the town’s main attraction. It was a pleasure to talk with the owner of the hotel and share stories with him. And it is always amazing to admire and taste the huge variety of cakes being offered for breakfast. Thank you for the hospitality… and see you again next...

「Auto check-in was very easy and everything worked perfectly. The location is excellent, only a 15-minute walk from the train station and two minutes from the bus 1 stop from the airport. The room was spotless, with a big comfortable bed, plenty of pillows and a lovely modern design. We liked the balcony and the thoughtful details such as free water, coffee and tea. Wi-Fi was fast and there were two TVs. The price is fair for the quality. The only small thing to improve would be using better...
