I had such a nice stay in IseoLago, I went on my own and all the staff were so accommodating and friendly. Especially the receptionist who helped me find alternative transport when the trains were on strike, and the one who told me it was a safe area to walk in as I was travelling on my own. The spa was so relaxing and the breakfast was lovely.

Great hotel at great location

I chose this hotel since the purpose of my trip was mainly to visit Torbiere del Sebino, and as the hotel is just around the corner from the nature reserve, the hotel was at the perfect location for me. I also liked the fact that the location was so peaceful. Maybe more quiet and close to nature than the hotels in Iseo centre? I woke up to the birds singing and I could step outside on the balcony and feel the fresh lake air. The room was big and had a bathtub. The staff was friendly and knew very good English! The hotel restaurant and its breakfast was also very nice.

Very nice hotel but had issues with AC. It was over 83 degrees in our room at 10 pm and we finally had to demand a new room. Staff was great though. Not much to see at Iseo but it was peaceful and property was beautiful.

Schade!

Das Hotel hat sicher einmal bessere Zeiten erlebt. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und leider nicht besonders sauber – das war für uns der größte Minuspunkt. Die Einrichtung wirkt abgewohnt, das Bett mitsamt Matratze war eine Zumutung: weich, instabil und erinnerte eher an ein Trampolin. Vieles muss man selbst organisieren, was an sich kein Problem wäre, wenn der Komfort stimmen würde. Nach einer durchwachsenen Nacht hatten wir nicht mehr den Mut, das Frühstück vor Ort zu probieren, und sind stattdessen in die Stadt Iseo – dort war das Frühstück dann ein echter Lichtblick. Insgesamt enttäuschend und leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Ikke 4* hotell verdig

Vi ble sjekket inn av en særdeles lite hyggelig dame som bare var spydig og som snakket ekstremt rolig samtidig som hun ikke hadde tid å «prioritere»å lage to stk nøkkelkort (som tar 20 sekunder ekstra). Fordi vi ikke var italienske? Det var en dårlig start på oppholdet. Rommet var helt ok med tanke på at det er 4* hotell. Litt mangel på påfyll av handklær, glass og toalettpapir som måtte hentes i resepsjonen. Terrassen var helt skrekkelig, jeg orket ikke å tørke tøy (bikini og badehåndklær) der en gang ( se bilder). Frokost var kaotisk og vi ventet 20 minutter på kaffe. Dette endte med at min mann gikk ned i spisesalen hver dag for å hente kaffe og litt frukt som vi spiste på rommet bare for å ha en hyggelig start på dagen. Bassengområdet er ok og service i snackbaren er veldig hyggelig. Dette var vårt tredje opphold på firestjerners som vi bodde på i denne sommerferien i Piemonte området. Dette med den aller værste i service og vedlikehold som vi har opplevd.
