Fab hotel on beautiful Lake Iseo

We had a really lovely stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very conveniently situated. Breakfast was delicious too!

The room on the second floor next breakfast room had nice views toward Lake Iseo. The room had space enough for two and the small fridge was useful to have. The brekfast was superb with fresh food and delicious coffee! The extra point for three tables in the balcony.

First time in northern Italy. Lovely location and lovely convenient spot. Room was as expected, clean and fresh. Lovely staff and very helpful. Great place to stay and base myself and hopefully will return one day.

We loved our room with the exception of quite a few ants chose to join us in our room. The amazing location and views made up for it. The pool is great and the breakfast was a great start to the day.

Great location, short walk to lakefront where there are lots of dining options. The hotel borders Sarnico, it's a short walk across the bridge. The hotel room was dated but had a good sized terrace. Pool area is nice with views of the lake.

Rooms perfect! Balcony, airco was working good, friendly staff and good breakfast. Parking behind the train station because of market the next day but they had notes almost everywhere in the hotel which was nice to had the reminder!

"My recent stay at the Hotel Ulivi in Paratico was absolutely phenomenal. If you are looking to explore Lake Iseo and the heart of the Franciacorta wine region, this is the perfect home base. The first thing that strikes you is the incredible hospitality. The staff are exceptionally warm and helpful, going out of their way to provide local tips . My room was spotless, modern, and spacious
