"Was a bit disappointed in this hotel as it was listed as a 4star but certainly did not feel like it at all. The room I had was very warm and there was no a/c working to lower the temperature. I had to open the balcony door to bring which helped a little however the loud sounds from the street then kept me up during the night. Secondly the bed was very hard and made my bad uncomfortable during the stay. Very little actual amenities that make this place stand apart from 2 or 3 star hotels. "

"Room was spacious for Japanese standards. Good location right at the train. Plenty of dining options within the building if needed. Check in process could be better. Long line and everything automated. I prefer dealing with humans. "
