The staff was great but the room had its faults. The metal bed springs made much noise getting in and out as well as moving on the bed. I felt bad getting out of bed to use the bathroom for all the noise I was making. The tv remote turned the tv on but there was no signal and could not find a way to get any channels. It did not turn the tv off so I had to find the button on the tv. After fooling with that we finally did get some channels. Also the phone to call the office for help was not connected. The fan from the wall heater was quite loud and repeatedly went off and on. The water pressure in the shower was low but sufficient. Thankful we did get some sleep. It was raining and walking next door to the office and to get breakfast was an inconvenience. Not sure why Expedia ranked it with favorable reviews. This was Christmas Eve and I wonder out of all the vacant rooms why we got the one we did. I only wonder if they are all are the same condition as ours. Maybe we were just unlucky but they should steer others to a better room

Checked into room at 105am went to room long hair on toilet seat tv broken called desk that said we can change rooms walked all the way back outside at 130 am to get new key went into new room at 9am housekeeping was banging on door checkout not until 11 and she knew we did not check out yet answered door and she walked away room could have been cleaner

This was the most awful hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was dirty, crumbs on the tables, the floor made our two year old son’s feet black, the mirrors had streaks and dirt on them. The shampoos were used, not new. The beds were not queen. Maybe full. The bathroom door was hanging off the hinge and the front door was also broken. You could see through the crack to outside. There were 2 chairs in the room. One was broken and the other was extremely dirty. I took a picture of the chair because it was so disgusting. We will be writing a letter to Days Inn HQ or Wyndham HQ or both. The breakfast was absolutely terrible too. We have been to other Days Inn and the breakfast was pretty good. Not at this location. It looks old.
