"Overall we had a good stay. The rooms are spacious and quiet. Breakfast was good and the service was good. Rooms are old and in need of an upgrade. Cleanliness of toilets in rooms requires more attention. We had flies in our first room, and the hotel assigned us to a cleaner one. Our check in process was smooth, however, the front desk staff member who checked us in required more training. "

"The room is perfect, spotless, well lighted, clean sheets, towels, and toilet. Fast wifi. Only downside is a need of RM200 deposit for 1 night, Power outlet not available at working table, had to work on the bed. "

"Good price. It had what I needed, decently clean, has hot water in the shower, wifi is good, and near a lot of restaurants and The Strand mall. Not a bad place I definitely recommend, but just know you do get what you pay for. It is definitely an old building, and things are going to be more run-down than in a 4-star hotel. Also, it didn't bother me too much, but there certainly was a little bit of a fruity/smoke smell in my room depending on the day. I don't think it's the hotel's fault...
