Shower could be cleaner & there was no place to hang our towels. WiFi wasn't working when we arrived so we msg'd them & they said they would try to restart & let us know. No one got back to us. Instead, what you’ll get when you check in at the actual hotel (where you think you’ll be staying) is a curt dismissal that you are staying at another property, no good explanation or direction from “hotel” staff who should very well be working back of the house. 「Good sized room but bed was way too hard. Nice courtyard to relax in. Great location near Porta Adriana. great breakfast place across the street called Fricando. For the convenience of walking into the historic center of Ravenna I would definitely book again.」
