「Lovely hotel friendly staff and great food」

「Glebe Cottage was a lovely place to stay. The location was superb with views out to sea from the cottage and hot tub. The cottage was well appointed and very clean. I read other people’s reviews so brought some scissors. Bonus of having electric car chargers right outside the cottage. It’s really thoughtful of the owners to mow the edges of the fields so you can easily walk to the coast or to Embleton village without going on the road. 「From the min we arrived staff were helpful & polite, our room was spotless, bed was amazingly comfortable (best sleep i.v had in a while), room temp was lovely & warm & easily adjusted, food was delicious & good value. Shower was nice, good water pressure. Yes we would definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay.」

「Fantastic comfortable hotel - Lovely, tastefully decorated rooms which were warm, cozy and spacious . The staff were fantastic and friendly and extremely informative and helpful . We enjoyed our meals in the bistro including breakfast in 3 mornings and an evening meal - the food was delicious and every attention to detail was given. We were very impressed with all aspects of our stay and will definitely book again when back in Northumbria!」
