"Overall, this is a great hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the pool area, which had limited seating—just four loungers by the pool and a few extra chairs downstairs near the bar. Service could also be improved. When we had issues with our room (such as hot water and lighting problems), it took over an hour for someone to come, even after being told help was coming right away. Simple requests, like extra water bottles, also took longer than expected."

"Cozy Stead is a gorgeous hostess house conveniently located in the heart of the United Nations and close to the American Embassy. The accommodations are luxurious with all the amenities you need; air conditioning, heating, hot water, excellent room service, comfortable beds, and plenty of lounging spaces throughout the hotel. My wife and I enjoyed just walking around the property garden and looking at the unique landscape and tropical trees which can only be found in Africa. The hotel's secure location encourages us to go beyond and tour the surrounding Embassies and UN offices nearby. The menu is extensive, particularly for drinks, and the breakfast we ordered was delicious with plenty of fresh fruits. The main course was delicious and likewise served in the privacy of our room. Most importantly, throughout our entire stay we were always greeted and welcomed by the staff, they took EXCELLENT care of us, specially Ms. Jenny, and went above and beyond the normal levels of service. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay and we will return in April for another stay. Thank you so much for hosting us and providing us with the best experience possible.. "Hotel is located in a central location, walkable to many shops and restaurants. The breakfast was good with many options and the staff provided excellent service. I am most likely to stay here again when I return to Nairobi. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the JW Marriott. The hotel is spotless and the staff was exceptional. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff were very responsive to any request. The other restaurants offered a broad variety of dining choices. Room service was fast with a good menu and they picked up the dishes quickly. The exercise room was great with the most recent cardio equipment. They have a decent variety of free weights and Lifestyle equipment with about six treadmills, some bikes, two rowing machines and an arc trainer. The pool was nice and well staffed with also an attentive staff to provide towels or poolside dining. We had the occasion to have a couples massage and both masseuse were fantastic. They gave us real massages and not just a body rub. The room is very nice with modern and stylish decorations. The shower was good size and the bathtub perfect. The only drawback was that the room seemed a little small and the mattress was terrible. Overall I think we would return for the incredible staff, dining and overall ascetic of the property. Across the street is a small mall with a 24 hour market that also sold souvenirs. "
