「Right next to the BTS the Landmark was a convenient place to stay in Bangkok. There are 6 restaurants on site and a ton around it to choose from. The staff was very helpful and kind to us at all times. Our room was quiet and had a nice view. A lovely place to stay on the Sukhumvit」

「Room is nice, location is convenient, staff is helpful, but breakfast buffet is a bit disappointing. Food quality is below average.」

「Very nice stay」

「I had a very disappointing and distressing experience during my stay at Rosewood Bangkok. First, we found a red blood stain on the bedsheet in our room. This was extremely disturbing and raised serious concerns about hygiene, health, and safety. Although the lobby staff later arranged compensation and changed our room, this should never happen in a five-star luxury hotel. Unfortunately, an even more serious incident happened afterward. The hotel had promised us a late check-out, so my husband...

「Breakfast good」

「The staff at rooftop bar were very rude. First, one female staff dropped my mobile phone and did not apologize. Second, a male staff maliciously stopped me in front of other visitors, alleging me not paying the bill of a coke, intended to embarrass me and made me missed the lift and needed to wait for long time. I was disappointed.」

「Convenient location. Helpful staff.」
