「Firstly this property appeared on a search for accommodation in 'Dullstroom'. The property description on the website had ZERO indication that it was a 45 minute really treacherous car busting 'gravel' road to reach it. To be fair this was communicated in a whatsapp AFTER the booking was made, however NO description of how bad the road was - just a 'gravel' road. Had this been the case we would not have booked here. 「2 weeks prior to our arrival, we sent a message, and have still not had a reply. At arrival, the host did not know we were coming and had no info about our booking. Luckily she did a good job on preparing our house quickly. Kitchen supply was very old, frying pan useless and no toaster. 」
