"The overall property on the outside was clean and well maintained. The parking lot was smooth. The lobby was small but clean and smelled good. The guest room was cleaned. It needs to be updated on the carpet and bathroom. The tub and shower walls were peeling of paint and the sink was too low even for a short 5'1" person. The air conditioning was strong, so with the toilet flush. The water flow in the shower was weak. Gas station and a chinese restaurant next door."

"This was the first time we took our toddler glamping and our little family trip was super wonderful . It felt so nice and peaceful to be out in nature . The room was nice and comfortable , the staff was amazing , and I loved how you get the best of both worlds . Nature and also basic elements of comfort . S’mores and looking at the sky full of stars was magical and I can’t wait to come back again. This place felt healing for the soul ."

The woman at the cashiers desk was not polite at all she kept a very straight face very serious did say good luck but that was it not friendly at all that was a Native American woman now The Other Woman she was very friendly in outgoing but the other woman didn't seem to be very happy so maybe somebody can let that woman I don't know her name all I know she was a Native American very pretty just not friendly no smile she put a smile on her face and actually conversate with the people a little better that's my only complaint everyone and everything else is great we enjoyed ourselves immensely and on top of that my husband is very lucky it ended up paying for our week vacation so thank you Robinson Rancheria Casino"

"This is truly a "Hidden Gem". My wife and I booked this for a long-weekend getaway not too far from our home in the SF East Bay. The website looked promising and it had been a long time since either of us had been to the Clearlake area so it was somewhat of a "shot-in-the-dark". To say it exceeded our expectations is an understatement. The Hotel is immaculate, the grounds are well maintained, the service was prompt, efficient and friendly and the weekend breakfast was delicious. It is perfect for a place to simply get away and relax. It is right next door to the Blue Wings Saloon (and restaurant) where we ate 2 of the 3 nights we stayed there. The live musicians on the weekend were great and the outdoor patio setting (mid-September) was warm and very pleasant. And if you're looking for a little more action - the Robinson Rancheria Resort & Casino is about a mile away (which was also well maintained, low key and fun). Well worth the trip"

"I appreciated how clean everything was. I was glad to have a refrigerator and microwave. I didnt care for the coffee. I was going to get some from the office Kureg but the office was closed. I ended up going to buy another pillow from Walmart for my husband because he needs 2. Overall I liked the Travel Lodge and will stay there when I come back to town."
