Clean rooms and helpful staff!

The hotel was quite stunning with a feeling of luxury, in a great location. Whilst the hotel looked luxurious, the experience itself just lacked a bit of polish to give it 5 stars (systems down at check in, no message to advise the room was ready, no towels left in the room after house keeping, the reception and in house dining phones ringing out several times before answer etc)

Horrible internet. Rooms were used and dated. But the bed and pillows were great. Location was good.

Room was spacious and it was very tidy and clean.

It was completely virtual and I’ve never had that before. It was a little strange. The place was clean and worked for what I needed it for but not a place I would normally stay.
