「The service was slow. Not the standard I would’ve expected at this Hotel as I have stated here before. The rooms are very poorly soundproofed. The room was lovely, but there is no full length mirror… The room service food was appalling and when I complained about this in the morning, I’ve got a very frosty response from the receptionist even though they did cancel it off the bill I was made to feel. I shouldn’t be complaining. I’m not sure that I would stay here again as it is a beautiful hotel,...

「We enjoy the unlimited buffet brunch provided by the hotel. Food quality and quantity are both above average. Parking at hotel is not a big issue, although it’s free to park on the streets around the hotel, but it took us a while to find a parking space. And the gym in the hotel on the ground floor is very simple, not much equipment can be used although the space is big.」

「Huge room like aparthotel with fully fitted facilities but the bathroom was relatively small & quite a long way from the bed - the arrangement of the room is quite odd. Long mirror needed. Lovely pool area but really disliked the salt water pool - hot & slimy so couldn't actually exercise in it. Breakfast was fabulous - buffet & fresh order eggs & pancakes. V calm & elegant. Staff a delight throughout - couldn't do enough for us.」

The railway station is just a few streets away, perfect for getting out and about. The staff were excellent, in particular Maria who cleaned our room. The hotel itself is kept very clean and is in a really nice location with enough traditional bars and restaurants dotted around a proper Spanish village.
