"Comfortable stay"

"The hotel keeps charging my card after I’ve already paid. Had to wait a few hour after to get checked in. Rooms were not clean. Did not get what I booked. No clean towels or rags. Toilets were clogged. "

"Pretty much a good hotel with ample parking. The staff was very friendly. Be mindful thereis no elevator in this hotel, so if you have a lot of luggage either leave it in the car or be prepared to lug it up a flight of stairs. Another thing that surprised me was that there wasn't a refrigerator in the room. My family and I had leftover Cheesecake Factory that we threw away due to this."

"Very unique and cool looking place. I took a lot of photos in the halls of the decor. It’s cool. Room itself was very nice. Just note - the bathroom is not enclosed- no walls around toilet area or bathing area. I was alone so no big deal - but some might like to know the scenario. Very cool place."

"I stayed at Hotel on Monroe, BW Signature Selection with my son, and unfortunately the room fell well below expected standards. Cleanliness was the biggest issue. The floors were so dirty that after walking around barefoot, the bottoms of my feet were literally black. It quickly became clear that housekeeping had missed more than a few key steps. The shower was another challenge. It was partially broken and made showering feel like a test of patience rather than a basic amenity. Add to that flickering lights and a general sense that the room and facilities were very worn down, and the stay became more uncomfortable than relaxing. There’s a certain “vintage” charm some hotels aim for—this wasn’t that. This felt more like deferred maintenance and overlooked upkeep. I don’t usually expect perfection, but I do expect clean and functional accommodations. Sadly, this stay missed the mark on all three. With some serious attention to maintenance and cleanliness, this hotel could improve, but as it stands, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again."

"Front desk staff were amazing! I would stay here again simply because of the staff and cleanliness of the room. We did have 2 outlets by the bed not work which caused us to not charge our electronics correctly. "
