"The service in this hotel is exceptional! It's a rare gem! I stayed here for several days to move my daughter into college. EVERYONE on EVERY shift was lovely and accommodating! The doormen, front reception, the housekeepers, the customer service folks at the cafe and the speakeasy bar. Quite literally, everyone! Bartender D was a highlight!! The room was comfortable and felt modern-enough while giving old, historic charm vibes. One of the elevators went down during our stay, and we received a text message so that we could plan accordingly. I will most certainly be back. Hotel Revival helped make an emotional time pleasant and much more palatable. "

"It was nice to have many amenities. The hotel is clean. Breakfast not so good, the pool was not heated, the sauna did not work, the gym was nice accept they did replace the cleaning wipes, and water dispenser did not work Staff was nice. Overall it wasn't a bad stay for what I needed. The restaurant across is very good too."
