「Very good hotel rooms」

「Room was in good condition and clean. Breakfast items included Scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, two cold cereals, pot of oatmeal, yogurt, juice, a small number of fresh fruit, bread, and bagels. Very close to Interstate 80 and restaurants. They add a $50 incidentals charge upon check-in that is to be credited after check-out. I don't care for these types of charges as you need to keep track of whether your credit card is credited as stated. There isn't a clock in the room, and we didn't...

「The hotel was very nice. The rooms are very roomy. The separate dressing room with an extra sink is nice. We had a balcony which was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the soap which had no scent. I never give 5 stars because there is always room for improvement, but it was rated very high like it was the last time we stayed there.」

「The staff was very nice and helpful but the pool had ants in it and there wasnt many options for breakfast. The shower was very slippery, it needs a grab bar inside of the shower not just outside of it, and the room handles were hard to open」

「Pool was closed for technical issues over a month, only one elevator worked. Property has sticks piled up around landscape. Rooms were not clean, carpet was crunchy when you walked on it, furniture was stained , tub was dirty, walls were dirty, food and debris in foldout bed. I would not stay here again.」

「Disappointed that not all amenities were available yet staff was unwilling to offer solutions or discount for inconveniences due to poor upkeep. No WiFi the whole stay and elevators were out of service but my family was placed on the second floor. Room experience was satisfactory, other than being woken up at 2am to someone trying to enter the wrong room.」
