Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders praktisch: Man kann kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen und es gibt eine Laundry. 「Located in a stunning area of Greater Victoria/Langford, on Bear Mountain. Very good reasonable restaurant/cafe Jacks across the road. Room was clean and comfortable. Additional parking charge was a surprise, as there is nowhere else to park other than in the underground. Add $10 additional per night to your rate. It is out of the way from downtown or the coastline, but worth the drive.」

「We chose this property for its unique look and feel as opposed to the large corporate hotels. We weren’t disappointed. Beautiful bedrooms, lovely quiet lounge, afternoon snack and relatively easy walk down to waterfront. We went to three of the restaurants recommended by the hotel and all were excellent.」
