As soon as we entered the room, we notified the front desk about the issue with the TV. The staff at the front desk responded in a very nonchalant and passive-aggressive manner. The maintenance person said they would take a look at the TV, but they chose to do so at 12:30 in the morning, while my wife and I were trying to sleep. This raised significant safety concerns for us. When I reported this issue to the front desk, they didn’t seem to recognize the problem. As a result, I will never stay at another Best Western again.

When I checked in I was given the key and room number so I went up to my room, much to my surprise when I unlocked the door and went into the room there was already someone in it!!! I was a single female entering a room that had a male staying in it already!! I ran for the elevator as he yelled “Who are you?? This is my room!!” I went to the front desk and told them what happened and they gave me another room but honestly I couldn’t sleep as I kept thinking if it happened to that guy it could happen to me and felt afraid someone was going to walk into my room. There was NO offer for a discount, free stay, NOTHING. Extremely scary and disappointing stay.

check in was quick and easy, breakfast needed more variety and unfortunately wasn't hot and fresh :( however the lady that was working in the dining area cleaning tables after breakfast was over was so sweet. She noticed that I had been standing up at the front waiting to check out for quite sometime though no one had came to my help me and she stopped what she was doing and attempted to help me, though she never figured out how to print me a receipt I didn't care the fact that she didn't hesitate to stop working in what I can only assume was her designated area and came to help me meant a lot to me. I wished I had got her name to give her the proper props!

Réservation pour 1 chambre avec 2 lits. On nous donne 1 lit. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas. La deuxième chambre n’a pas de fenêtre et sent la peinture. La télévision ne fonctionne pas.

The good part was the staff. They were helpful and pleasant. The bad: the pool was disgusting looking, moldy and water so dirty you could only see a few inches down. It’s not pool season but it should still look clean. Our room was not clean…the comforter had clearly had someone’s boots or shoes on it. . The dishes were dirty and the silverware in the drawer was dirty. I was going to wash it before using but there was no soap, no sponge, and no soap for the dishwasher. We tried to get ice but the ice makers on our floor (3) and the second floor, did not work so we had to go down to the lobby. I did some laundry, and the price was actually very good, but there was no start button on the washer. There was an empty hole where it should have been. The AC worked well so that was a plus.

front office staff is wonderful! the rooms are very clean and the beds are so comfy. the only issue i had was room service repeatedly knocking on my door after i called the front office and requested a late check out since i got in late. will be staying there in the future though.
