"I stayed here last year and enjoyed my stay because the photos reflected the room. I have a bad back and appreciated the fact that there was a recliner in the room. This time I chose a room based on the photos and there was no recliner in the room which made it difficult for me. It'd be nice if the photos reflected what you're actually getting. Overall I would still come back and maybe request the room differently. "

"Wonderful stay overall! My husband and I came up for a family reunion and greatly enjoyed the property and loved revisiting old stomping grounds. There was a tiny bit of confusion with the access codes as it was noted we were on the fourth floor in the email but we figured out quickly it was really the third floor. Smooth sailing from there and the condo was beautiful, clean and loved the amenities! Highly recommend and we looking forward to coming back soon! "

"Vacasa has falsely advertised the indoor pool was available and sanitized, the entry code was offered. We entered the pool room, and the pool was halfway drained down and a man that works there approach us like we’re intruding when we receive confirmation from our booking. He told us the pool and clubhouse is closed due to Covid-19. On the confirmation only told us about the clubhouse is closed. My kids was looking forward to swimming on a mini getaway and there’s nothing. "
