"We had a fantastic relaxing time at Creta Royal hotel. Hotel staff were very professional and attentive. Hotel and room were spotless all areas cleaned everyday. Food was amazing both at breakfast and dinner with lots of choice for both meat eaters and vegetarians something different everyday. Desserts were also varied and enjoyable.Beach and pool areas were wonderful. Enough chairs and parasols for everyone. Bus number 20 is 2 euros into rethymno old town easy and accessible. Bus is evey hour....

"Das Hotel ist eigentlich ein Traum. Die Zimmer sehr sauber, dafür alles andere nicht so. Hier dürfte etwas mehr gemacht werden. Leider auch beim Pool. Mit sehr wenig könnte man da etwas wundervolles machen! Die Lage fanden wir super! Einfach nur Ruhe pur! Wir würden da wieder hin."

Man kann in der Anlage richtig schön entspannen und seine Auszeit genießen. Absolute Empfehlung und auch gerne mal wieder. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Transfer mit Danaos Travel vom Flughafen Heraklion aus. Hier die Empfehlung mit eigenem Leihwagen oder den privaten Transfer anzureisen. "Wir hatten eine Suite mit Privatpool. Das Hotel liegt abseits von der Innenstadt, die man jedoch mit dem Bus im halben stündigen Abstand gut erreichen kann. Eine einzige Taverne ist fußläufig in der Nähe, wenn man auswärts essen möchte. Das Essen wird im Buffet angeboten. Das Personal ist immer nett und höflich, aber es gibt viel Personal was kein englisch, deutsch oder selbst griechisch sprechen kann. Die Verständigung war somit schwierig. Das Putzpersonal ist unfähig gewesen frische Handtücher...
