「Super freundliches und engagiertes Personal, sauber und Pool & Strand super gepflegt. Sehr leckeres und qualitativ hochwertiges Essen - auch glutenfrei möglich! Kinderprogramm war auch wunderbar. Unser erstes Familienzimmer war relativ laut (Klimaanlage vor dem Balkon, Fahrstuhl), konnten aber wechseln.」

「We had a fantastic relaxing time at Creta Royal hotel. Hotel staff were very professional and attentive. Hotel and room were spotless all areas cleaned everyday. Food was amazing both at breakfast and dinner with lots of choice for both meat eaters and vegetarians something different everyday. Desserts were also varied and enjoyable.Beach and pool areas were wonderful. Enough chairs and parasols for everyone. Bus number 20 is 2 euros into rethymno old town easy and accessible. Bus is evey hour....

「Our room wasn’t clean the day we checked in and never seemed to get a full clean the entire time we were there. (Garbage and dust bunnies in the corners of the room, no wipe downs of sink counter etc)」

「Nice all-inclusive hotel but room was very warm upon arrival because the air conditioning only works with the key card. Spa was okay but not up to American standards so I would find another. The 100 credit was nice to use in the spa but does not work for the store. Very family friendly so prepare for kids around. Finally, although there are 5 pools, only 2 are available for normal guests.」

「Beautifu, modern hotel located in the cool area near the sea. We loved our stay. Everything was perfect. Room was clean and the hosts were extremely nice. We will stay there again and again. Highly recommended.」

「Eigentlich alles perfekt - bis auf das Essen. Bin wirklich nicht verwöhnt, aber sowohl Fisch als auch Fleischgerichte waren IMMER nicht genießbar: zu Tode gegrillt oder gebraten. Kein Saft, kein Geschmack, hart & zäh. Ferner war das Live Cooking im Restaurant aufgrund einer fehlenden leistungsstarken Abzugsanlagen eine Räucherei der Gäste. Hier ist noch ganz viel Luft nach oben. Würde das Hotel aufgrund der Küche nicht nochmal buchen.」
