"Clean room, staff was very nice. This is one of the last smoking motels. Make sure to select the non smoking room if you do not smoke. Staff asked before assigning room so they made sure I was in the correct type of room."

"Had higher hopes since this place listed having a tiki bar and we just wanted to be able to relax by the pool with a drink but it was never open. The beds were super comfortable. Try not to stay in a room close to the gym or garage because those doors slam really hard. Rate direct beach view but the hotel next to it blocks view west. They are super picky about returning the bracelets given to access the pool and remind you over and over about charging you if you don't return them to the front desk. Also it feels really strange to have to check out a beach towel and return and sign back in with a hotel this expensive"

"2nd time staying here & unfortunately one issue has never been fixed—-no water pressure & hot water heaters are not sufficient. Common to not have ANY hot water whatsoever, especially when most rooms are booked. If this issue would be fixed, it would be, hands down, the best place to stay along the Gulf."
