「The staff was not very accommodating and very rude! My room had a light out, the blow dryer didn't work and others in our group complained also about lights being out, showers not working etc.」

「Clean and pool was warm!」

「Pictures were deceiving. No tiki bar no bartender for the other bar three nights. Four different people at front desk told different stories. No housekeeping and the site or staff did not tell us. Had to go down to housekeeping to get coffee each day. Wanted me to pay another $169 when checking out and was not the case. So many things wrong. First am supposed to have breakfast and we had to get going and not ready.」

「I’m not even sure how to explain the smell in my room. It was something like urine and stale smoke. I stayed in the room for about 15min and then just left, checked into the holiday inn express. I get it $45, but wow!」
