Friendly and helpful staff including front desk, and concierge who offers great advice. House keeping staff should pay more attention in details such as replacing amenities etc. would be nice to offer two bottles of water ( instead of one ) everyday for double occupancy. 」

「Excellent location. Close to metro station, restaurants and convenient stores. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower. The room was small (just like every other boutique hotels in Paris) but was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.」

「Very friendly staffs and have various choices of drinks in mini bar. Overall it’s hygienic and the neighbourhood is safe and surrounded by good bakeries and restaurants. Slight noises between floors were heard but the hotel provided earplugs.」
