The beds are very private and cozy, I especially liked the busy bar, it was great ambience and had a variety of locals and visitors so gave us opportunity to meet people. Location was close to Notre Dame, the Latin district, and the Basilica. It was quiet but not too spooky.

Great hostel! - 2minutes walk from the Sully-Morland subway station. Est 20minutes walk from Notre Dame. Friendly staff that accommodate a wide range of language. Bar and restaurant on second floor that offer a great selection. I grabbed a 4-bed with private bathroom and had zero complaints. Would happily return!

Great location: a short walk from Notre Dame Cathedral. The staff was helpful and friendly. The large 2nd floor, that functions as a bar, restaurant, or just as a place to hang out is nice. I liked the buffet breakfast, too. There is a nice kitchen on each floor (but I didn't use any). There was also a man's and woman's bathroom on each floor, with multiple toilet and shower stalls, that came in handy in situations where our private bathroom was being used by one of my roommates

I loved the pre party for fete de la musique and the people I met in the hostel. The people at the desk were also really nice. It was also really local and good to walk to places near the city centre! I will definitely book again in the future!

The facility is very modern and in a good location with easy access to the metro and train system. Also walking distance to louvre and notre dame if you're not in a rush. Staff were very friendly however front desk often very busy with only one staff available meaning long queue even for minor issues. The bathrooms were fine though the showers had a timer on them so every 10 seconds you had to restart the shower which was increasingly frustrating with each night. Also one of the guests in my room had an unfortunate smell, obviously not much the accommodation can do about this guest but the limited amount of ventilation available made it difficult to mitigate the issue as the window could only be left ajar despite the fellow guests nausea inducing smell. Overall for what your paying it a good place to stay no extra frills does what it need. Curtains in beds appreciated.

Customer service was great. We are over 60' and visited a number of countries in Europe. We booked 5 nights via Expedia and only discovered that the property was in fact a hostel, contrary to our understanding of the booking. After raising our concerns with Mr. Ethan Clard, he promptly cancelled our 5-night reservation and assisted us in rebooking for 2-nights in a private room with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom as they had no availability for the other nights. More than €1,000 was refudned to Expedia on the spot (11/10/2025), but Expedia refused to refund the money to us. It is now 20 days over and they still refused to refund our hard earned money. Expedia’s behaviour also contrary to their own Terms and Conditions: “Any refunds will be transferred back to the payment method used to make the original booking. Such refunds will be made by the party that took your original payment…". Make your booking somewhere else, NOT EXPEDIA. They are unethical and money hungry and would do anything to make your life in hell!
