「The reason I did not give it a perfect score was due to the off putting way my husband and I got suckered from the get go at reception desk. We were told to speak to someone at the concierge desk to get “a map” of the area. No, this was for us to speak to someone about pressuring us into the timeshare presentation. The lobby seems like a pool of sharks just hunting you down when then see fresh meat. Aside from that the housekeeping staff was amazing and very attentive.」

「Room was clean, only that that i didn't like was the position of the toilet. Couldn't sit straight and made it uncomfortable to use. Ocean view was amazing, I loved it! As far as pool, they are all beautiful but not well maintained. They looked dirty, the water looked green! It had lots of missing tiles. The swim out pool lounge chairs smelled like mildew and the mildew was visible. All staff members were very attentive and friendly! Luis Martinez and Adrian Rojas had great customer service」

「The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The...

「Rubano the manager was nice . He upgraded our room. But the Gym is a joke. It us delapedated, work out bench broken, 20 pounds of weight, no ac. Whatever equipment they had was unusable. They could invest some money to fix it.」

「The property isn’t maintained, the landscaping was drying and not trimmed of dead plans. The outside dinning wasn’t open a few days leaving one inside dinning. Friday the outside side dinning wasn’t open closed to the visitors due to a large group of people who came in on Friday and reserved the outside dinning. Not fair to the people.」
