「el lugar es Bonito , pero esta descuidado , los baños no trabaja el agua caliente en la ducha , me queje varias veces y hasta me cambiaron de habitacion y tampoco trabajaba la ducha caliente en la nueva habitacion , ademas , tiene problema con el ascensor , no trabaja cada vez que llueve deben apagarlo y la gente tiene que bajar o subir las maletas por las escaleras , el personal muy bueno y trabaja bien... es una triteza que no mantenga una buena construccion.. y tenga problemas electricos...

When we first checked in, the front desk called us from a private number insisting that we pay additional money in cash because we weren’t charged the right amount. After we insisted to talk with the owner they said it was okay and we won’t get overcharged. After we finally were able to accommodate, we tried to look for an uber to get to...

「Absolutely gorgeous hotel and view! The rooms with the two queen beds were a little tight for four people. The king bed rooms with the upgrade are perfect. Breakfast was delicious, the staff was a little slow, but it was great anyways. The bathrooms in the rooms are a little small for a big family on the regular rooms. And the menu and drinks seemed extremely expensive for Colombian pesos standards. But in all, the hotel is impressive, feels very new and beautifully decorated. Would come again...
