「The restaurant staff were very good, but the food wasn’t great. The pool lifeguard with the towels was so rude nearly every day. It’s a shame you don’t get basic amenities in the room like water and better bathroom amenities. 」

Good: Friendly and efficient staff, excellent location of the hotel, great dinner, free parking (at least in the low season) Bad: Pools are cold (not heated at all?); mediocre breakfast; noisy evening entertainment. Tip: If you are having a room on the pool side, ask for a higher floor, there are much better views of the ocean」

「The staff were very good, friendly and helpful. Although situated on the coast, the beach was three minutes walk away, it wasn’t exclusive to the hotel. The food was very disappointing, too much thought on the presenting of the dish but the taste didn’t match up!. Breakfast was the best meal. Limited choice of wines, especially new world wines. In my opinion not worth the extra cost of the prestige rooms. I loved the Porte cockerel to the hotel and reception area, quite luxurious!.」

「Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire l hôtel est magnifique le personnel est très gentil le buffet de petit dejeuner est abondant tous les matins un musicien au petit dej et un le soir au bar , le bar roof top face a la mer est top ainsi que la salle de sport en plein air vue sur l océan de plus l hotel est très bien situé dans la ville 」

「Overall good stay - available parking even though very tight spots, great location really close to the strip and restaurants, big gym, spacious rooms and amenities. The bedding could've been cleaner and it seemed ridiculous to pay for beach towels and to play pool or table tennis, but overall good $$ for value.」

「Not for people who don't mind walking up hill or lots of stairs. Terrece room have the entertainment above until 11pm... felt like the bands were in my room. Also housekeeping store opposite our room, so early morning noise and chatter. We went for a quiet break, but didn't get it.」

「Very modern, clean and comfortable hotel. Everything is great except that the pool and dinner close a little bit early and there are not many parking spaces. Will recomment it! 」
