「This was our first time at a resort and Tivoli la Caleta Resort has set the bar very high. From the moment we arrived it was excellent service from the bellhop to the attendant to the cleaning staff. We were at the property for five nights and the level of service was high the entire time. 「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「This is an amazing small hotel inside the big hotel. All the amenities are beautiful with an impeccable service. All rooms are overlooking the ocean. There was an easy beach access from the pool area. We also had full access to the spa. Our room was very comfortable with sliding separating if the sleeping area from the sitting area.
