"Very welcoming. Mark helped us when we checked in. Room was very nice and clean. Love the scent of the lotion, shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Everything was great. Breakfast had lots of good options. My only complaint is that when I looked up this reservation, I was under the impression that every room had all kitchen appliances including a stove and oven. Our room had everything except a stove and oven. If we wanted we could go get a hotplate and a pan. Thank God that I was able to go to a relative's house to cook what I needed for Christmas dinner. Otherwise, this would be a five-star rating. Lorena was a great front desk person as well. Very helpful. Ample safe parking. Safe area with great places to eat and shopping nearby."

"Beautiful historical hotel in the heart of El Paso. Dinners at the hotel restaurant, Sabor were sooo delicious with detailed presentations. The best time to enjoy El Paso downtown is during their winter festival when police blocked off the center of the city where this hotel is located, and allowed people to walk and enjoy the lights and musics. Special thanks to front desk Jordon and Montana, and Dante at the restaurant. They’re wonderful people who gave us warm welcome and hospitality. "
