"Deberían de tener más cuidado a la hora de asignarle tarjetas a los huéspedes ya que en el día de hoy en la mañana me asusté mucho porque una persona abrió la puerta y no era un empleado del hotel porque al parecer le asignaron la misma habitación porque pudo abrir la puerta"
