「Amazing lake views + outstanding service. The lake view from the room alone was worth every penny, absolutely stunning, especially in the mornings. Front desk team gave outstanding service throughout. David was especially helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate a last-minute request. Drinks and breakfast at the bistro were highlights too. Griselda provided excellent, very polite and attentive service. Perfect spot for both an evening cocktail and morning coffee. 「The hotel itself is pretty. But there were a lot of little things that I didn’t love. When we got there the AC wasn’t working, luckily they didn’t have any issues changing our room. The shuttle that they offer is a little expensive, I would say just get a taxi from the airport. The free breakfast some days is really good and others, it’s just not that great.
