「Beautiful boutique hotel. Cool theme, and great staff. Very yummy breakfast as well. However, the rooms are just not functional. There was nowhere to put your luggage. There was a huge awkward wood, wobbly bench in the Secilia room that was totally unusable and was taking up a lot of room. No hair dryers. There was nowhere to hang your towels and the showers sprayed every which way but on your head. The cleaning service did not refresh the towels that were left on the floor from us cleaning up...

「The place was beautiful, food is amazing, staff very nice and helpful. Be prepared to drive at least 3 miles on a dirt road in pretty bad shape but it worths it. Do not drive at night, it was very stres full for us as a family, try to check in early and enjoy the place which is a paradaise.」

「We stayed here after hiking the Santa Ana Volcano. We were able to use the thermal pools for our aching bodies and got a massage a the spa. The food was not great but the service was good. Crazy roads leading up to the hotel as well. Otherwise the staff was very accommodating and the pools were great.」
