Staff were good. Breakfast was good. Room was clean, but a little worn. The AC/heater needs replacing. It was too noisy to leave on for more than a few minutes.

Apex Grassmarket Hotel
Room was very good - clean and spacious and it was good to have a bath in the ensuite and not just a shower. All the staff were helpful, courteous and friendly. A nice touch was the provision of mulled wine and mince pies each evening
