Castle view

We absolutely loved this place! There are a lot of stairs but it’s worth the climb. The flat is clean and comfortable! The view is unbelievable. The hosting company was beyond helpful and attentive! We will be back!

Yes to castle view.

Edinburgh is all stairs so we expected it but worked hard to get to the top. Lol. Lovely flat with castle views as promised. Everything was tidy and organized. It was a very nice place even tho we weren’t there very long. I’d have liked a blow dryer for my hair but there were nice space heaters so it all worked out.

It can’t be said enough that there are lots of stairs involved in reaching the flat, both to the main door and then to the flat. I happened to be booked on the top floor so that was 4 flights to carry my luggage. That said, it’s kind of unavoidable in many parts of Edinburgh if you’re not staying in a big hotel. Otherwise, the view of the castle and the rest of the Old Town is hard to beat. The kitchen is well equipped with newer appliances and the bathroom is very clean with newer commode, sink, shower. I did have a spot of trouble with the WiFi but staff were very responsive and helpful.

The place has everything you need to stay. Even a washer/dryer so we were able to do laundry. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator but the view of the castle make the climb worth it. The owners were in contact with us everyday. The place is right in the middle of everything. I would definitely stay here again. Well worth the money!!

The property is located in a perfect place to take advantage of being on The Royal Mile inEdinburg. The proximity to the castle is amazing--as well as the view. I did not, however, receive any advance check in information so it was troubling to get there and not know how to get into the property. Calling into the property managers finally resolved the problem. Also, having to traverse 12 flights of stairs to get into the property is a challenge when you're dealing with heavy luggage.
