The property is not well maintained. The carpets are dingy, the front door has multiple openings where there was a mailbox opening and key opening that have not been covered or repaired or replaced, some handles on the kitchen cabinets were broken and there was a hole in the wall of the shower that was covered with some plastic and tape. The pullout sofa is horrifically uncomfortable. Communication is very poor and they do not respond in a timely manner on any platform or format. The public bench in front of the property is a favourite location for homeless people to sit and argue at all hours and leave their garbage. Thankfully it is at least very close to public transit to get to attractions and activities around Edinburgh.

This property was directly next to the bus stop which while very convenient, also meant there were unhoused men outside screaming starting at 5am multiple days of our trip. The inside of the apartment was not only damp, but the carpets were literally wet, towels etc would not dry even in front of open windows. The smoke detector beeped incessantly until we finally changed it ourself. Lastly, the dirty bowels in the kitchen cabinets were a lovely touch.

citynahe Lage, klein und ausreichend, Schlafcouch im Livingroom ungenügend - 2cm dünne Matratze, leider war die Küche nicht sauber geputzt, sehr schmutzige Waschmaschine, es fehlte an Kücheninventar (grosse Töpfe), Eingangsbereich sehr eng (in der Beschreibung mit "wheelfriendly" angegeben, Koffer mussten über die Couch in den Livingroom gehoben werden).
