"First they put us in a room that was dirty went back had to wait 20 minutes to get a new room. The we got a new room remote didn't want to work properly got new one then was told we were making to much noise when my daughter used the computer chair to roll across the room once and we told to keep the noise because people were complaining she only did it once . "

When it came time to check in the employee said our room was booked by someone else and If we had gotten there earlier we would have our room. He was gunna put is in another room, which was smaller, for $2 less. There was no way in accommodating my family. Left at 10pm to find another hotel. Still have not recieved a refund."

"The TV was like watching thru a key hole, you couldnt adjust the ratio, the only chair was so dirty you grow corn on it. The heater a/c was as quiet as a lawn mower "
