「Hot tub was not o0en and no elevator for ADA」

「The hotel was updated and clean, but our water actually shut off in the middle of taking a shower. When the front desk was contacted, they claimed it was because everyone was showering at once and to be patient. Just to clarify, the water pressure wasn’t poor. There was literally no water coming out of the shower head.」

「comfortable beds, very clean hotel, breakfast was good. Upon arrival later in the evening after a long day of driving, there was a sign on the desk stating they would be right back. I waited about 5 to 10 minutes for someone to show up. I don't have a problem with that, however, when they did, it was two staff members that had been off together when one of them could have stayed at the desk. Otherwise a great stay!」

「Building and location was very good, room very comfortable, unfortunately breakfast was not great, we had breakfast around 8:00 AM, and both eggs and bacon or sausage was cold. Overall our stay was good」

「The place is well-decorated, quaint, clean, and quiet. Nicole was very kind, cheerful, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay very nice and relaxing. The spot is also very convenient, being near to downtown where all the shops are, being next to a small park you can jog at, but still being far away enough from establishments so you have a nice, quiet evening. It was great, I would come back again.」

「Hotel was dated. Driveway was full of potholes. Grounds and buildings not kept up well. Mold around shower, hair dryer didn’t work, slow check in (new person), TV remote taped together, light bulb was out in the floor lamp, metal siding pieces & broken window screens scattered outside the open window by the public hot tub. Seemed to have long term residents who were living there too, but the breakfast was great!」
