"We always stay at Novotel when we are visiting Liverpool now. Hotel is really lovely, restaurant is great for breakfast and dinner and staff are super lovely! Car parking is easy with the car park only a short walk away. We love Novotel Liverpool!"

"Pool and spa were absolutely disgusting. Broken tiles, especially in the steam room and shower area, dirty, broken rusty lockers. Old outdated fixtures. Pool was crumbling on the sides,water was cloudy and smelt. Jacuzzi also smelt. Extremely poor experience. Waiting staff were very nice though. ..."
