Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are on the smaller side but it is clean and close to transportation and shopping. Lots of food options nearby and the breakfast at the hotel was excellent.

Outstanding!! Staff was very friendly, spoke english and were helpful. The room was small, but clean and the bed wasn't the typical Japanese bed....it was soft and sleep able!

Nice place with comfortable beds. A definite plus considering many hotels have hard beds. These were semi-firm but comfortable.

Great Hotel in Ebina!
Hotel Vista is the best hotel in the Ebina area. I stayed here a couple years ago. The hotel still looks new. The rooms are a nice size and the toilet is separate from the bath. There is a nice vanity in the room. I don’t put my toothbrush anywhere near the toilet. The check in was efficient and I really like this hotel.

Within walking distance to Ebina station
Within walking distance to Ebina (odakyu-sotetsu) station. There is an Aeon supermarket and some other malls nearby. The toilet and shower are separated in the room. Since it is 15sqm single deluxe room, understandably space is tight for a 25” luggage. There is little space to hang clothes. USB charging points are found by the bed. The hotel controls the aircon even in March. You could request for the fan mode at the front desk instead of heater mode. Although I don’t feel warm but my colleagues in other rooms commented their rooms were warm even in fan mode.

Returned to Stay Again
I have stayed here before and that's why I chose it again. It's a great location with wonderful staff. They even have a service to hold your luggage after check out for a time period. That was extremely helpful to my situation. I also enjoyed their breakfast and the safety precautions they had in place. I did not have a car, so I cannot comment on that, but it is right next to a train station with bus, taxi, and airport bus service.

Convenient Location
I found Hotel Ebina during an emergency. I needed somewhere to stay that was reasonably close to Zama. My room was clean, had quiet air conditioning, WiFi access, and good amenities. They even have two public laptops. I needed to use one to do homework. The pillow are a little flat, but I slept comfortably. There is breakfast available, but I did not have time to eat. The staff was very polite and helpful about my need to suddenly add an extra night. The hotel is right next door to a convenience store, many restaurants, and is less than 5 minutes walk from Ebina Station. The cost wasn't bad for a weekend stay at such an excellent location.

A small inconvenience at check in. Although my reservation was priced and stated "non-smoking" they initially checked me into a smoking room. When I returned to the front desk though, they quickly resolved the issue and gave me the non-smoking room I had reserved. Everything was comfortable, clean, friendly, quiet, and enjoyable. Liked it very much.

Like: Excellent breakfast despite less variety. Most importantly is that they changed menu daily. These 5 star hotels should learn from these small hotels how to manage and deliver a good quality yet cheaper and still yummy food.

Very close to Odakyu Line Station but not noisy at all. 7 store is right downstairs. Many places to eat very close by. Nice shopping center with Toho Cinemas and more variety of food places. This is a very convenient place to stay at, especially in this dreaded Summer heat

We would return to same hotel.
My elderly mother and I spent 8 nights at Vista Ebina Hotel and we absolutely loved it!!! The breakfast has a lot of variety and we never left hungry. The staff was helpful & friendly.

Great place to stay in Ebina-Shi
Please understand the context. This is a Japanese Business hotel, meaning it has limited room since most of your time will be spent out of your room, it is meant as a place to sleep and relax a little. That being said, this property is very well maintained, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly making for a very easy and pleasant stay. Plus it is convenient to the 2 train stations in Ebina, Odakyu and JR Lines.
