"This is such a cool place to stay. This 100-year-old hotel was delicately restored and maintains much of the class from when it was built. The staff are professional and courteous, really going out of their way for my anniversary. I especially appreciated Kessan, front desk associate that checked us in, Caroline, front desk manager that provided us with gifts in our room, and Gonzalo, M club associate that provided us with an upscale and friendly atmosphere that made us feel at home. "

"Customer Service at its BEST! The staff at Collegiate care about their guest’s experience! The friendly staff answered all of my questions and were accommodating to all of my needs. Being from out of state, I was put at ease in getting around with their informative staff - Monica, Stephanie and shuttle staff Fred and Sara. I can’t wait to visit again soon! Oh! And it is close to SU, clean, with all the amenities too!"

"Stay was great! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Found it very annoying having cleaning staff knocking on our door 3 times before e checkout time. First time woke us up. They should check with front desk who has checked out! Some guests travel till late and check in late and need their sleep!! Was ridiculous!! "
