I had a very short stay. The building, and especially the rooms are run down (carpet not clean, smell in the corridor). In the bathroom, the toilet paper holder was broken, so no toilet paper around, I had to get a roll from the cabinet (that was stocked at least). There was no soap in the bathroom!

– Not As Advertised I booked two separate nights at this hotel through a third-party site for a trip with my son. I chose this hotel specifically because it advertised a 9ft pool, an on-site restaurant, and a location that seemed safer and more comfortable for a family stay. Unfortunately, almost everything about this experience was a letdown. When I arrived, I found the pool was completely drained and the restaurant was closed. I spoke to the front desk and was told the property has been under construction since April, and that this information was supposedly on all the booking sites. However, the third-party site I used still listed all amenities as available — including the pool, which was a major factor in choosing this hotel. The room itself was dusty, with cobwebs in the corners, and clearly not well-maintained. The air conditioning didn’t work at all, and instead there was a loud portable unit set up in the room. The WiFi also does not work in the rooms — it only connects in the lobby area, which is extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the hallway reeked of marijuana despite being a non-smoking floor. The parking lot and the area outside the lobby had no lighting at all in the evening, which made it feel unsafe coming and going at night. I had already prepaid and couldn’t get a refund due to the third-party booking, and there were no other nearby hotels with availability during my stay. If I could have left, I would have. This stay

WiFi wasn’t available, and there was a power outage and had to get ready in the dark. It smelled like an old basement, damp water smell, and they had fans blowing all throughout the first floor. Not sure it there was a massive leak? Would not recommend.

This is more a section 8 type hotel not what I paid for. Definitely not 3 star. No hot water. Portable ac. Dirty old carpets. Entrance smelled of urine. Reception guy was nice but it is obvious he knew we were getting screwed. DO NOT BOOK.

I booked a king suite and upon arrival I was told they had no kings left and that they had no hot water. I was then given two options, one they would provide me with Wyndham rewards points, two they could cancel my reservation and refund me. After driving 2.5 hours to get to the hotel I did not want to have to look around for another one so we had to stay. Staff seemed very indifferent to the situation. I asked for help in booking another hotel and was told they couldn’t help and I was on my own.

My original hotel was overbooked, which was really strange so I quickly got online and book this one. The minute I walked in I realized I had been there 38 years ago at my junior prom and it’s still at the same. Walking into the room -I had no time to spare. The bathroom was disgusting and old and having a portable AC in the room told me everything about what little investment that the owners are giving this poor sad hotel
