He did not tell us about the continental breakfast, check out time, asked if I was a Hilton honors member, etc. Seemed annoyed to have to look up my member number by phone number. Alright neighborhood and room was decent - definitely need some work in the room and cosmetic upgrades.」

「The property is unique and somewhat unusual because of its distinctive design outside and inside. The interior decorative design and furniture is very interesting. The amenities are excellent, the rooms are very clean, the new mirrors with lights and new showers are wonderful, the front desk staff is kind, the bar is open to 9:00 pm and serves food, the pool and fitness room are spectacular, and their breakfast is great. 「Overall, great hotel: clean rooms and common areas, comfy beds, good water pressure and temperature, effective darkening blinds, plenty of room space, and adequate breakfast offerings. The location is near ISU campus and nice shops and restaurants at easy walking distance. Parking is inconvenient being in a ramp across the street. Not too far away, but be aware of this in poor weather. Positives out weigh any negatives, I would stay here again.」

「The phone lines were down, so when I tried to call for service, I ended up having to go down to the lobby to ask how to use the shower. The person at the front desk was very professional and very helpful.」

「First, the room looked nothing like what I had booked! There was supposed to be a separate area for the pullout bed. Since someone in the group snores, that is majn reason for booking this room. So that person worried about that all weekend. I requested a rollaway bed but didn’t have that either. Good thing one person didn’t come with. Second, the bathroom door didn’t lock, there were limited towels(good thing I brought extra from home), trim pulling away from wall. For being newly renovated,...

「This used to be much nicer with much more attentive staff. Staff we talked with, English is a second language. A bit difficult to understand The room furniture was well used, sofa bed showed lots of wear and tear. Bed was comfortable. We had an issue with their "room service". I would never order from them again. Overall, if you are just staying the night, might be worth the discounted price.」
