"I stay here regularly. No water or microwave in room which is not common so inconvenient after already in room. Temperature management fan so loud. No drink voucher or offer of cookie(don't usually get but still a signature offering at hotel) Disappointing stay"

"I dare you to wipe the entire counter, table, phone, etc. Also most of the linens I saw had stains or hairs on them despite getting new ones. If this lets me attach photos and videos I will, but the cleaning staff has bad eye sight at bare minimum bc they changed the pillows into dirty cases IN FRONT OF ME and didn’t completely clean up the sauce splatter I pointed out on the nightstand. It’s been a week with no email reply from the owner."

"The room was outdated. Pillows SMALL... smaller than throw pillows! It was stuffy despite turning the AC down. The tub was stained and had paint chipping. But the worst? The TV remote wasn't working and the TV said to we had to set up a Samsung remote with our Smartphone. My husband tried. Was denied. I tried and denied. Called and desk clerk said they'd inform maintance. Nothing was done. Wasn't given wash rags. Desk clerk said some will be up with them. Nope. I have to stay in Bloomington later in May and it will not be here. No way."

"It was decent until I saw a mouse on my bedside table the next morning. Not gonna lie, really didn’t like that. I called the front desk and they offered to move me to another room but since I was checking out in five hours, I didn’t feel like it was necessary. There were ants around the syrup container lid in the breakfast area. But other than that, it was a nice stay. Plenty of restaurants and very convenient."

"The entire hotel was immaculate, the front desk was very accommodating and helpful! Requested a high floor at check in and was given a room on the top floor! Didn’t utilize the bar or restaurant, but saw a lot of guests enjoying the area! Parking was easy and wasn’t charged for using it!"
