「Clean and comfortable」

「Each time we visit Cheney, we choose to stay at this hotel. Helpful staff, very clean and airy rooms, nice beds and linen, and a scrumptious breakfast goes with it all. My husband has, on occasion, also used the hot tub and found it very good for tired and achy muscles. We like the easy parking, and the closeness to shopping at Safeway for light snacks in the evening. We'll continue choosing this hotel when visiting family here.」

「As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many...
