「The disabled bathroom was very helpful. However, the bed was so hard, I ended up sleeping in my wheelchair. We complained twice but nothing was done.」

「Front desk staff when we checked in was less than accommodating and because I had booked through Expedia ( although cheaper than their discounted rate by 25-35 dollars) made us feel like second class citizens. I had previously supported and stayed at this hotel over 50-69 times over a ten year period. I will be looking for a more “accommodating” and warm reception from another hotel when I visit Walla Walla again.」
