Gros soucis à l'arrivée car le logement avait fait l'objet de 2 réservations et les autres ont pu entrer dans notre logement pendant que nous dormions... heureusement une personne su staff était sur place. The booking information indicates reception checkin but actually it’s a key box. We cannot contact the house owner via app nor Hotels.com for any help. The app is stuck and chat bot only do basic functions on order amendment. Lucky we finally can call the house owner and confirm our booking. We takes more than an hour to get into the house.
