"The room was small for a deluxe but gorgeous and immaculately clean. Also, it was so quiet during the night, you could hear a pin drop. The bed was comfortable, even for someone like myself who needs a very firm mattress. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and welcoming, even if I simply passed them in the hallway. I didn't visit their restaurant or bar, so I honestly can't give a firsthand account on dining there. However, based on everything else, I would imagine that the menu and staff are quite thoughtful and professional. I stayed 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it."

"The room was really clean and tidy with a nice view of downtown boston across the harbor. The parking was great for me because it was close to the property making it easy to get the car in and out and to get luggage to and from. I liked the fitness center--it had a Peloton and windows with a nice view. The food at the restaurant was good as well. We had the lobster roll and fish and chips. For breakfast, I had the french toast. I thought the pricing and quality was reasonable. The free clam chowder was delicious! The only thing I would say is that the coffee is very basic and kind of weak. There aren't cafes nearby. Bring your own K-cups if that helps. Staff was nice and knowledgeable enough."

"I visited from Toronto for 5 days. The Hotel was my home away from home ! I came back to a clean room, fresh towels and a freshly made bed. I had the best sleep and I heard nothing outside my room. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. 10/10 !!!! Fantastic stay !! ❤️"

"Wonderful stay! The front desk and guest services team were amazing. The room was cleaned every day, and the products were fantastic. I saw some poor reviews and, admittedly, was nervous, but I can't say enough about how incredible the team and stay were. Highly Recommend."

"When booking this stay, I was wary of the small room and shared bathrooms. My son and I were traveling together and got the kind with a twin room. We were very pleased with the comfort of the room and the cleanliness of the shared bathrooms. Staff were definitely on their game. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay there again."
