「I came in to the hotel with a locked front door (key only access) and no one at the front desk to let me in. Once let in by a young man I assumed was a guest, I stood at the desk for 3-5mins waiting to be checked in and given my room key. A disgruntled worker stormed into the lobby during my check in yelling and cursing at the man who was checking me in ( I assume the shift manager) . He did not apologize for the disruption.
